I have not seen the deer this season that usuaLLy wander into our corner of the city that touches prairie, but my son said he saw them. Rather than having a deer crossing sign we need them to make us some deering resting signs.
Aw, how sweet. I see lots of deer in our neighbourhood, but never in our yard. Willow always barks her fool head off the instant we let her outside, so I think she's effectively scared everyone else away. That can be a good thing, too.
aww, it didnt take little Peep long to find the best seat in the house! What a lucky kitty. I'm more than a little jealous of having deer in view! I will have to make do with the neighbours cat and some blue birds! xx
Peep's markings are beautiful. I wish I could catch even a glimpse of the deer who frequent our property. I know they've been here but they are stealthy visitors.
I live in my dream place with Husband, one beloved rescued cat and one beloved rescued dog, and the warm memories of many other treasured pets.
I rarely sleep for more than four hours at a time and would happily nap/wake/nap/wake all day and night. I am undisciplined, a classic underachiever.
I believe that inevitable tragedy is a fork in the road, offering lessons in emotional and spiritual growth.
One of my coping skills is a quick and wicked wit and I often crack me up.
I avoid people who talk neverendingly about nothing. I cannot bear unrelieved humorless negativity.
I like people who are comfortable with silence.
I like listening to people who learn from Life.
I have received a few Blogger Awards, and while I find them momentarily gratifying, they're just too much like chain emails and I gratefully decline to receive any more of them.

Keep those photos of the lovely Peep coming! I'm so glad you have each other!
Your cat has remarkable color patterns.
Hello sweet Peep! Is that your new favorite place?
both waiting for food?
Peep looks like she’s already worked out which side her bread is buttered.

How nice to have such visitors. Peep looks nicely settled in. She is a beauty.
Nice picture of Peep's new home. She sure does look settled in. And those deer look like they're waiting to be fed, don't they? :-)
Peep looks a lot like our Molly.
Aaaawww.... how is Peep settling in? How are you settling in with Peep?

And they're all little dears.

I'd love to see deer out my back window! Unfortunately we live in the burbs, though. Thanks so much for stopping by my place and saying hi!
Ah, feeling at home... and with outdoor entertainment!
So glad that you and Peep found each other!
And not a peep from either?
Sorry. Couldn't resist it ;)
