Every question has an answer

I had this conversation with someone today:

“You should be like a good attorney: never ask a question unless you know the answer.”
“Some questions have no answers.”
“Every question has an answer.”

The opening and closing lines were mine.
I believe there is an answer to any question.
The answer might not yet be known, or the answer might be unpalatable. But there is an answer to every question.

I'm going to think on this for a while.
I might have more to say on the subject.
