Next thing I know, I'm driving with three friends. I'm wearing the pink and white sundress with the blood spots on it and we're driving west, coming back from vacation. I decide I need to get a cold drink and stop at a country store. My friend BB moves into the driver's seat in case they have to move the car on the very narrow New England street. I go in the store, which also has some white-clothed tables and glass fronted cupboards of pretty doodads for sale. I ask a waitress to get me a can of Diet Pepsi and while I'm waiting I grab a beautiful pale green handmade ball of soap. The owner begins to show me pretty locally made soap dishes and it's quite a while before I get out of the store. My car and my friends are gone. I have armloads of stuff, including a whole smoked turkey, of which I've taken a bite. I walk up the tiny road and through the shops, thinking that I'll see my car as BB circles the block waiting for me. An hour goes by and still no car, no friends.
Then I woke up.

Yep, right on time...recent full moon.
Now that's some dream! I also dream in the prettiest colors, and you described this so well I could see the drops of blood on your dress...
I admit I cheated. When the blood splattered I looked down to the last line before I went back and finished.
Talk about vivid dreaming.
Clever. I didn't figure out it was a dream until you went into the country store.
I smiled and knew something was going on right before I started reading the long shopping spree paragraph. I read the last sentence first and smiled a little bigger.
You had me through the whole thing, thinking what the heck by the second paragraph. The first paragraph I was thinking would be explained further down, but nope. Yelp, I was believing the whole thing. Maybe this is why I never remember my dreams--I don't know reality regardless. :)
At this point in reading- "Well, it takes as long as it takes," - I wondered what are they doing...thought I missed something and started over...by the goblets of blood, June...I knew it was a crazy dream or else your village was!
A dream interpreter would no doubt have some fun with that. This full moon is really getting me down.
After the first paragraph , my face was turning slightly pale green , too .
I'm rather glad I don'thave your dreams ... I don't think I have the constitution for them .
I see what you mean about your imagination....*grin*
What do you eat last thing at night?
oh my...now that is a rude awakening for sure! I hope your heart has settled and peaceful thoughts have entered your mind!Happy Valentine's Day!
You definitely have to stop drinking caffeine!
I was wondering what in the heck you were talking about, June. Then I saw the mention of the whole smoked turkey, laughed out loud, and realized you were telling us about your bizarre dream. :)
