Sit.

Mitch didn't know Molly.
She looks, to me, here, as if she's expecting a trick at any moment.

I never taught my dog to sit. She does it automatically when I offer her a treat and she takes it ever so gently from my hand.

This one you have here is clever. I can see it in her brilliant blue eyes and happy grin.

Those eyes! Love and trust there!

Those eyes seem to expect a treat rather than a trick.

You haven’t been spoiling her by any chance?

Of course you haven’t. Millie isn’t spoilt either. On the first of November she’ll have been with us for a whole year and she’s definitely not been spoilt. At all.

Friko! Spoiling? Us?
Never.

A trick or a treat?? Maybe the trick of pulling a doggie treat out of your picket?

Yup, definitely a treat she's expecting! June, she's truly gorgeous!

Tricks and treats. She's just gearing up for Halloween. What a cutie.

I love her eyes! And I'm impressed that she doesn't get on sofas.

Oh. I see, by your comment, Vicki, that I left out part of the story.
There was ONE evening that she was either invited or, in a fit of excitement, had jumped, onto the couch, with one of us on each side of her.
We hugged and cuddled and loved her; she was THERE after all. For a while afterward, she needed reminders that the couch was mine, not hers. Now she sneaks up there as I climb the stairs for bed, and I hear her sliming down off again as I descend in the morning.
Oh well...

If she looked at me like that, I'd let her up on the couch too.

Well , what trick did you perfom , then ? She's obviously expecting a humdinger .

That's a funny saying. She's part husky looks like.

I see you're a regular dog blogger these days! So happy for your once-again pet filled life.
