I think justice is objective...what is fair for some appears not fair to others. I laugh at my kids at school because their favorite phrase is 'that's not fair' and my retort is typically, 'life is not fair but you all get what you need!'
Better to be yanked around by clever minds than strung up by vigilantes.
yeah...nice mix in of the wild west...i think a carnival might fit the courtroom as well...
