Best to you whenever you have the procedure. Having had one myself late last year, I can certainly appreciate why you wouldn't want to drink the colon blow if you didn't absolutely have to.
Nah, Lucky will be when you have it behind you. Until then it's a dark cloud hanging over you. The best thing is when it's over you know you don't have to do it again for years.
That is so weird, I had one of these 'draining' days - a residue from a cancer op years ago - without taking anything, just food which didn't altogether agree with me.
Best of luck for whenever, you must be fed up, gearing yourself up time and time again.
S&S, I got the postponement call before lunch, so no, I didn't even begin the starving portion of the prep.
And yes, Friko...it's getting a little old avoiding seeds and fresh vegetables and all the things that one is supposed to eat to keep that area healthy. I'm dying for a green salad!
I live in my dream place with Husband, one beloved rescued cat and one beloved rescued dog, and the warm memories of many other treasured pets.
I rarely sleep for more than four hours at a time and would happily nap/wake/nap/wake all day and night. I am undisciplined, a classic underachiever.
I believe that inevitable tragedy is a fork in the road, offering lessons in emotional and spiritual growth.
One of my coping skills is a quick and wicked wit and I often crack me up.
I avoid people who talk neverendingly about nothing. I cannot bear unrelieved humorless negativity.
I like people who are comfortable with silence.
I like listening to people who learn from Life.
I have received a few Blogger Awards, and while I find them momentarily gratifying, they're just too much like chain emails and I gratefully decline to receive any more of them.

#1nana--pun alert! "when you have it behind you" haha (I am hardly so easily amused when it is my turn for the procedure).
Oh dear...I have been putting this procedure off far too long. I keep meaning to put it on my 'busy' schedule. (ha!) You are a brave woman.
Yes, #1Nana was again showing her great ability to use puns. I loved your post. Great use of graphics. :)
But had you already undergone step one , Starvation ?
Hooray for small blessings! Glad to hear all that snow is having some residual benefits. Enjoy your weekend!

Thank gawd! Love the picture.
No wonder I was dreaming about running out of loo rolls last night - you'd pinched 'em all! LOL
